This quarter’s sales targets are out-the-window. Help your partners to focus on activity targets. Use this time to help your partners build the future. What activities can you focus on with your partners for the longer-term within their markets?
Reassess what you can, and what you can’t do.
In the current market state and end-customers’ needs, at what stages of your marketing, sales and customer success can you do more to help people? Now is the time to communicate more and more earnestly.
With the fear of safety, be real with people’s personal and business needs. There is a great need for empathy and help each other.
