Partner Recruitment
The Partner Recruitment Execution phase seeks to proactively recruit and on-board partners by prioritised target region and target partner types, typically as defined outputs of the Partner Type Selection programme.
With a Tenego Partner Recruitment project, Tenego's team act as part of our clients' alliances team to research, select, approach, evaluate and recruit partners across selected sectors and regions.
- To generate lists of prospective partners according to the requirements of the project, to review each company to evaluate and rank according to Partner Fit' to meet the company's objectives.
- To review/develop for each target partner type while continually developing and tuning the partner pitch messages to secure effective prospect partner engagement.
- To make contact with decision makers within each of the target partner companies, as an executive of the client company, secure interest and evaluate with the pre-defined Partner Fit Evaluation Template.
- To complete market engagement planning with the prospective partners to create joint market engagement plans.
- To progress and support partner agreement discussions, negotiations and agreement between the client and partners.
- To kick-off Partner On-boarding to start joint engagement of the market
