In phase one we carry out a detailed analysis of the client’s company and product to gain a clear understanding of the value proposition, target customer profiles and objectives while applying Tenego’s Partner Type Selection tools to prepare the company for phase 2 execution.

The Partnering Strategy/Partner Type Selection program is used to help determine the ideal partner types to help sell our clients’ solutions. The methodology firstly seeks to gain an understanding of the capabilities that are required in direct marketing, sales and delivery processes. Then, through building Your Market Ecosystem of all the company types that operate in the target market along with a partner type evaluation, the prioritised partner types are determined. The Partner Type Selection process provides clarity and focus on the optimal partner types, defined characteristics, outline partner propositions and a recommended partner recruitment plan.

Tenego's Analysis & Planning programs are typically delivered over a 4 to 6-week period, through a series of defined workshops which can be delivered over a web meeting or physical meeting.

Following this process, our client companies have a very clear understanding of their market and the partnering opportunities available to them. From here clients have the option to continue to Partner Recruitment, Partner Program Review/Development Consulting, Training and Advisory.
